Where a bond is collected, it is fully refundable within 3 business days of collection, less any amounts owing under our Damage Policy or Cleaning Policy.

Damage Responsibility

The customer named above is responsible for the equipment from the time it is set up until it is collected by Amora & Co. This includes ensuring adult supervision at all times and following our Safety Waiver. Any damage beyond fair wear and tear, loss, or excessive mess will be assessed in line with our Damage Policy and Cleaning Policy, and may be deducted from the bond or invoiced separately.

By signing below, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Hire Agreement, Amora & Co.'s Terms & Conditions, Safety Waiver, Damage Policy, and Cleaning Policy.
