Damage Policy

Our equipment is loved and looked after — here's how we handle the occasional bump along the way.

Effective from: 15 July 2026 ABN: 12 183 813 546

We know children's parties are meant to be played hard at — a little wear is expected, and it's never charged for. This policy simply explains where the line sits between normal play and damage we'll need to recover the cost of.

Fair Wear & Tear

We never charge for the normal, expected results of children playing — things like:

  • Minor surface scuffs, scratches, or flattened balls;
  • Faded colour from normal outdoor use; and
  • General everyday wear consistent with careful, supervised play.
Our promise
If it's just a normal day of play, you'll never hear from us about it.

Damage Caused by Misuse

Charges may apply where damage results from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow our Safety Waiver, including:

  • Use of shoes, face paint, pens, or sharp objects on or near equipment;
  • Punctures, tears, or burns to inflatables or soft play items;
  • Use in weather conditions outside our Terms & Conditions; and
  • Overloading equipment beyond its stated capacity or age range.

Lost Equipment

Small loose items (such as soft play shapes or balls) are counted before and after your hire. If items are missing on collection, we'll be in touch to arrange either their return or payment of the replacement cost.

Repair & Replacement Costs

Where a bond has been paid, repair or replacement costs are deducted from it first, with any shortfall invoiced separately. Where no bond applies, we'll send a clear, itemised invoice.

Inspection Process

Our team inspects each piece of equipment before delivery and again on collection. Where damage or excessive mess is identified, we'll document it with photos and contact you within 3 business days to discuss the outcome before any charge is applied. You're always welcome to be present for the collection inspection.
