How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Weekends fill fastest, especially September to February, we recommend 2-3 weeks' notice, though we'll always try to accommodate last-minute requests.
Is the equipment cleaned between hires?
Always. Every piece is washed, sanitised and inspected before it leaves our care, you're the only family using it that day.
What if it rains, or my event is at a park?
Tell us your venue when you enquire and we'll help you plan around the weather, including options for undercover areas.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We'll confirm exact payment terms when we quote your event, checking availability is always free, with no obligation to book.
What areas of Sydney do you deliver to?
We're based in Marsden Park and deliver across Greater Sydney, including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, Hills District, North Shore, Northern Beaches and South West Sydney. Not sure if we cover you? Just ask when you enquire.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
We're fully insured with public liability cover, and our team stays contactable throughout your hire window in case you need anything.
