Safety Waiver
Please read and accept before your equipment is used — safety is what makes the fun possible.
Soft play, ball pits, and jumping castles are wonderful for children when used safely. This waiver sets out the safety rules for every Amora & Co. hire, and confirms the customer's acknowledgement of the risks involved in supervised play.
Adult Supervision
A responsible adult must actively supervise the equipment at all times while it is in use, from the first child entering until the last child leaves. Equipment must never be left unsupervised, even briefly.
Age Suitability
Each item is designed for a specific age range and maximum capacity, which will be confirmed with you at booking. Please ensure children using the equipment fall within the stated age and size guidelines, and that older children and younger children are not mixed in a way that creates risk.
Shoes Off
Shoes, boots, and sharp jewellery must be removed before entering any soft play, ball pit, or inflatable equipment, to protect both the equipment and the children playing on it.
No Food or Drinks
Food, drinks, chewing gum, and lollies are not permitted on or near the equipment. This protects children from choking hazards and keeps equipment clean, in line with our Cleaning Policy.
No Rough Play
Please don't allow flips, somersaults, climbing on walls or fencing, or deliberate collisions. No pets, sharp objects, face paint, or silly string near the equipment.
Weather Requirements
Equipment must not be used in rain, storms, or strong winds. If conditions change during your event, please stop use immediately and contact us — see our Terms & Conditions for our weather policy.
Safe Operation
Our team will set up and safety-check every item before handing it over to you, including anchoring, fencing, and mats where required. Please do not move, relocate, or alter the equipment once set up — contact us if anything needs adjusting.
Customer Responsibility
The customer who signs the Hire Agreement takes responsibility for ensuring this Safety Waiver is followed by all guests, and for supervising children for the entire hire period.
Emergency Procedures
If a child is injured or equipment malfunctions, stop use immediately, assist the child, and contact emergency services on 000 if needed. Please then contact Amora & Co. on 0414 474 224 as soon as possible so we can assist and, if necessary, attend to make the equipment safe.
Acknowledgement
I confirm I have read and understood this Safety Waiver, and agree to ensure it is followed by all guests at my event.
