Plans change — here's how we handle it, fairly and clearly.
We understand that life with little ones is unpredictable. This policy sets out what happens if you need to cancel, reschedule, or if we ever need to make a change on our end.
| Notice given before event | Refund of balance paid |
|---|---|
| 14+ days | 100% of balance (deposit retained) |
| 7–13 days | 50% of balance |
| Less than 7 days | No refund of balance |
The deposit is non-refundable in all customer-cancellation scenarios, in line with our Refund Policy.
We'd rather move your date than lose your booking altogether. You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 7 days notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less notice is still free — we'll simply do our best to find a date that works, subject to availability.
Where a refund isn't available under the timeframes above, we're always happy to offer a credit note valid for 6 months, redeemable against any future booking.
On the rare occasion we need to cancel your booking — due to equipment issues, safety concerns, or unsafe weather — we will notify you as early as possible and offer a full refund or a full-value credit toward a new date, whichever you prefer.
Neither party is liable for delay or cancellation caused by events reasonably beyond their control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or public emergencies. In these cases, we'll work with you in good faith to reschedule or provide a credit rather than a cash refund, unless required otherwise by law.
